Hi — I’m Allesha. I grew up with my grandmother’s garden as my classroom: every summer I’d pack a bag and spend days helping her harvest, preserve, and can the fruits and vegetables she nurtured. From her I learned the value of knowing where your food and products come from — choosing what’s grown without unnecessary additives.

As I got older I kept learning, experimenting with natural ingredients and simple, thoughtful practices. In 2024 my family and I moved to our own farm, which made it possible to take those lessons further. Bit by bit we swapped processed items for things we could make ourselves, using what the land and our animals provide.

That shift led me to soapmaking. Starting with a handful of wholesome ingredients and a love of clean living (and goats), I began crafting small-batch soaps designed to be gentle, nourishing, and true to the simple, sustainable way of life I was raised with.

I started making soap after seeing a fellow homesteader who crafted bars for her family to address their skin problems. That inspired me to research the best recipes and techniques for producing chemical-free, 100% natural soaps safe for my whole family. Like many, we've dealt with eczema, psoriasis, acne, and—living in Alberta—seasonal dry skin. That’s when goat’s milk became an essential ingredient.

Soon after we moved to our farm we welcomed our first farm babies—baby goats. I quickly fell in love, and each spring we have new arrivals. Their milk is delicious and packed with vitamins, and we use it throughout the farm: for drinking, cooking and baking, and feeding piglets and chickens. Now we also use it in our soap. Goat’s milk produces a rich, creamy lather and is high in vitamins A, D, and B6, plus fatty acids that deeply moisturize and soothe dry and sensitive skin.

My handcrafted soaps are made the traditional way using cold-process methods. This preserves the natural qualities of the ingredients, producing smooth bars without losing benefits through heat and resulting in a firmer soap that lasts longer. Each small-batch, hand-poured product is scented only with essential oils and contains no harmful additives like synthetic fragrance oils, sodium lauryl sulfate, parabens, phthalates, petroleum by-products, or artificial colorants and preservatives. Because we make soap the old-fashioned way, the naturally occurring glycerin remains in the bar — a gentle, skin-loving ingredient that helps lock in moisture.

Each bar is crafted with saponified olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, castor oil, fresh goat’s milk, essential oils, and natural clay. Every soap is cured for 4–6 weeks, giving each piece its own unique character.
